The Tickets
Tickets are generally non-refundable, and the non-refundable ticket conditions are agreed upon before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact our customer service through this form. Our team will do their best to assist you. Access to the Experience
Yes. The WOM reception areas (ticket office, shop, washrooms) are accessible to people with reduced mobility via the ramp located in front of the museum's main entrance. Access is from the -1 floor via an adapted elevator.
