What will I find at the WOM exhibition in Brussels?
WOM welcomes you to an interactive journey that will test your senses. Discover a place dedicated to perceptions and illusions at the intersection between science and entertainment.
In an area of almost 16,100 sq ft, you can experiment, exercise your senses and challenge your brain in a universe of colorful aesthetics! Dedicated to the five senses, perceptions and illusions, the WOM is both scientific and entertaining.
Enjoy this unforgettable experience that questions our perception of reality with :
- 8 "WOW" spaces, including popular illusions - such as the hall of mirrors, the vortex... As well as never-before-seen experiences in Belgium!
- 5 themed rooms focusing on contrasts, movement and the loss of reference points, allowing both young and old to experiment with over 120 visual, tactile and auditory illusions.
- 5 areas exploring the themes of light, the nervous system and sound, to help you learn and have fun at the same time!
Where does the experience take place?
WOM is located on the Tour & Taxis site in Brussels, in shed 4 bis. The entrance is opposite the Gare Maritime, a stone's throw from the Food Market.
How long will WOM be in Brussels?
WOM is a permanent experience! It is open from Tuesday to Sunday and every day during school vacations.
How long will the experience last?
The experience lasts between 60 and 90 minutes, but you can stay as long as you like.
Will the experience be available in several languages?
The experience is available in French, English and Dutch.
The Tickets
What payment methods are accepted?
We encourage payment by card, but we also accept cash.
Where can I buy my tickets?
Tickets are available online on the Fever platform and for purchase directly on site.
Who are the official sellers of WOM tickets?
Official tickets for WOM in Brussels are available exclusively from Fever.
What is the refund policy? Change of exhibition dates?
Tickets are generally non-refundable, and the non-refundable ticket conditions are agreed upon before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact our customer service through this form. Our team will do their best to assist you. Make sure to include your ticket number, and keep in mind that response times may be a few days!
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time of the experience indicated on your originally purchased ticket. If you want to change your ticket, contact us indicating your ticket ID.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. Just click on “Transfer tickets” in the Fever application. Please contact Fever for further assistance. Be sure to include your ticket order number.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever application, in the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Don't forget to log in using the same account you used to buy the tickets. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.

Access to the Experience
Is there an on-site ticket office?
Yes, you can buy your tickets on the spot. However, it's best to buy your tickets online in advance if you want to be sure of getting a seat in the slot you want on the date you want.
What is the minimum age requirement?
The experience is accessible to all ages.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult with a ticket.
Is WOM accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes. The WOM reception areas (ticket office, shop, washrooms) are accessible to people with reduced mobility via the ramp located in front of the museum's main entrance. Access is from the -1 floor via an adapted elevator.

Do I need to arrive at the time indicated on my ticket or do I need to arrive early?
Please arrive at the time slot indicated on your ticket, to avoid overcrowding and to respect the set capacity.
What happens if I arrive late?
We cannot guarantee entry if you do not arrive at the time indicated on your ticket, and the rooms are full. We will therefore ask you to wait until we can accommodate you.
What objects are prohibited during the exhibition?
Please do not bring sharp objects, helmets, strollers, electric scooters, suitcases or large bags.
Is smoking or vaping allowed?
Smoking and vaping are prohibited on the course.
Is alcohol/food allowed?
It is forbidden to consume alcohol or food on the course. We do not offer a snack/bar/restaurant service, but the WOM is located opposite the Gare Maritime, where the Food Market is located, and next to the Entrepôt Royal, which offers a number of restaurants.
Are toilets available on site?
Toilets are available on site, and are cleaned regularly.
What are the nearest metro/bus lines to get there?
There are numerous bus, tram, metro and train stops nearby.
- Metro lines 2 and 6. The Yser, Ribaucourt and Pannenhuis stops are a 10-minute walk away.
- Bus - Lines 14, 20, 57, 86 and 88.
- Train - 15-minute walk from Gare du Nord station. You can also take the bus (14, 20, 57 and 88).
Is there a parking lot nearby?
The Tour & Taxis site has several pay parking lots.
Esplanade parking via Drève Anna Boch or Parklane parking via 13 Rue Picard.
Does the WOM have access for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the venue is accessible to people with reduced mobility, and their companions have free access. Accompanying persons can contact the on-site staff directly to obtain free admission.
Is there a checkroom or lockers?
A limited number of lockers are available.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of guide dogs, which are welcome.
Can we take photos?
Yes, photos are allowed. There are plenty of selfie points along the way, so don't hesitate to take out your camera.
Can I organize a film or photo shoot at WOM?
Photo shoots and filming are subject to prior written authorization. Requests can be
